About OOHMYLASH We’re Olga and Kseniia, the sisters behind OOHMYLASH. Olga has over 12 years of experience as a lash artist and educator, and Kseniia has 9 years of hands-on lashing experience. Together we specialize in soft, natural‑looking lash extensions that are customized to your eye shape and lifestyle. Every set starts with a consultation where we choose the right style for you – from wispy to wet looks – with your natural lash health as our top priority. If you’re new, book a New Client Custom Set. We’ll map out your ideal look and create lashes that feel like the best version of you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY By booking an appointment with OOHMYLASH.INC, clients acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Appointments & Rescheduling Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, we require at least 48 hours notice for any changes. Late cancellations or rescheduling requests leave gaps in the artist’s schedule that could otherwise be offered to another client. Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment time are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for deposit refunds or appointment transfers. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged a 75% no-show fee and will forfeit their deposit. Clients wishing to rebook after a no-show will be required to schedule a new appointment and submit a new deposit. Deposits Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Refund Policy All completed services are non-refundable. If you experience any concerns regarding your lash service, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment. We are happy to provide adjustments within our 3-day courtesy adjustment period when appropriate. Emergency Policy We understand that emergencies and illnesses can happen. Please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can review the situation individually.
